PADL USA Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms & Account Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use PADL USA. By registering, you warrant that all information provided is accurate. Accounts are divided into tiers (Beginner, Rookie, Tour Level, and Pro Coach). Certain elite tiers require qualification or subscription fees.

2. The PADL Performance Index (PPI) & Match Integrity

Verification Loop: Match scores submitted require two-way peer verification. Manipulating scores, fraudulent entry, or colluding to artificially inflate PPI ratings will result in immediate suspension or termination of your Digital Tour Card and account privileges.

Dispute Resolution: Match disputes are handled exclusively by PADL USA Administration. Administrative rulings are final. Unresolvable disputes will result in the match being voided with zero rating adjustments.

3. PADL Vision & Video Analytics

PADL Vision allows users to record or upload match footage for tactical and line-call review. You grant PADL USA a non-exclusive license to process video files solely for generating ball-tracking analytics, heat maps, and replay services within your account context.

4. PADL Chat Community Code of Conduct

PADL Chat is reserved for verified ecosystem members. Zero tolerance is enforced for harassment, hate speech, spam, or toxic behavior. PADL USA reserves the right to moderate, mute, block, or permanently ban any user who violates community guidelines.

5. Subscriptions and Digital Goods (NFT Tour Cards)

• Paid tiers (such as Pro Coach memberships) auto-renew monthly unless canceled prior to the billing cycle.
• NFT Tour Cards represent digital credentials within the platform ecosystem. Ownership confers access rights to specific digital utilities and tier features as defined by PADL USA governance.

6. Limitation of Liability

Pickleball is a physical sport. PADL USA, Gridshift Studios LLC, and its affiliates are not liable for any physical injuries, property damage, or disputes arising from matches organized or logged through the platform. Play at your own risk.
