PADL USA ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our platform.

- Account Data: Name, email address, user handle, and tier status.
- Match & Performance Data: Match scores, PPI ratings, win/loss history, court check-ins, and PADL Vision video inputs.
- Payment Data: Processed securely via our third-party payment gateway (Stripe). We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
- Facility Partner Data: Business details, court counts, and contact data submitted via our B2B facility application form.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To operate and calculate the PPI rating engine and maintain leaderboard transparency.
- To process subscription renewals for Pro Coach and premium tiers via Stripe.
- To secure communications within PADL Chat and evaluate automated tier promotions (Rookie to Tour level).
- To improve PADL Vision tracking models and application performance.
3. Data Sharing & Security
We do not sell your personal data. Public profiles, rankings, and Digital Tour Card attributes are visible to other ecosystem members to support competitive matchmaking and leaderboards. We implement robust SSL encryption and secure database controls to safeguard your information.
4. Your Data Rights
You may request account deletion or export of your personal match history at any time by contacting support. Note that deleting your account will revoke access to your Digital Tour Card and platform rankings.
